Regulatory developments allowance for care

The topic of this rigorous thesis is the development of regulatory social security of "helpless persons" - individuals suffering from long-term health problems that are severe and functionally debilitating enough to necessitate the care and assistance of another. I attempt to track the development of social security of the helpless from its beginnings shortly after the emergence of Czechoslovakia as an independent state in 1918 to the present day - a period of nearly one hundred years. My aim is to create an in-depth, exhaustive description of the development of the legal basis for the "helplessness allowance" (currently defined as carer's allowance), as well as to evaluate the consequences of the various changes to the law and their impact on the current state of the relevant legal framework. I believe that my readers will be interested in the opportunity to track how the legal basis of helplessness- or care dependence- related social security transfers has evolved from a brief, rather sparse chapter of the Social Security Code, one which was seen for many decades as little more than a necessary addendum to the code, into a self-contained, highly sophisticated area of social security law. Subsidies for taking care - a new way of integration and assistance for people

Thesis deals with social benefits as a modern way to help people who can not do without it. It is divided into 5 basic parts. The first part is concerned with historical development of care for the needy. The second part is dedicated to analyzing the care needed within the EU. Valid legal regulation in the field of social services are the contents of part three. The fourth part is dedicated to the law on social services with a focus on the social benefits. The fifth part is research and specifically focused on mapping the practical use of the social benefits - both from the point of view of drawing funds and from the point of view of subsequent use of social services used by registrated provides versus providing care by family members and from the ranke of laymen and the number of applications - as well as new applications increase in Strakonice region for the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. In conclusion a certain assessment and reflection on the current situation and possible future developments.
The care allowance within the Benešov region.

The bachelor thesis is engaged in the care allowance within the Benešov region. The aim is to introduce the care allowance issue to the reader since its beginning, mention the history and explain the continuous development in the period of January 2007 - February 2010. The bachelor thesis includes theoretical part, practical part and appendices. The care allowance and its legal regulation are defined in the theoretical concept. Other chapters explain the care allowance recipient and his/her needs, care allowance proceedings, social investigation issue, work of medical advisory service and control of the care allowance{\crq}s use. A chapter defining the issue of municipalities and social workers of the chosen municipal office is also a part of the theoretical part. The issue of clients using care allowance with regard to casuistry is introduced in the practical concept of this bachelor thesis. Appendices contain instances of final reports of conducted social investigations, summary of acts considered in the social investigation of an adolescent applicant, records of control of the care allowance use, Benešov{\crq}s municipal office statistical data on care allowance.
Diagnosis of the Term "Creativity" And Related Terms In the Semantic Sphere of Students of Teaching And Primary School Teachers

This thesis raises diagnosis of the term creativity and related terms in the semantic sphere of students of teaching and primary school teachers. The aim of this work is to find out to what extent the perception of some chosen scholarly concepts are related comparing students of pedagogical faculty and experienced primary school teachers. The theoretical part includes the chapter about the theory of research in pedagogy and defines the method of semantic differential. The next chapter theoretically defines the concepts. The practical part includes the results of the research that are supported by needed tables and graphs.
